firstly I'd be raging that they cut my burger in half, but drowning it in sauce is criminal! surely the peppercorn should be served in a wee bowl for dipping.

As an American with a lot of feelings about burgers and sauces, that all looked brilliant. I agree drowning the burger in the peppercorn sauce is too much, but the sauce looked perfect. A bit spread on top would be ace.
