Place a small plate in the center of your round puff pastry. 2. Spread the jam in a circle around the plate. 3. Layer on ham, brie slices, and walnuts. Remove the plate. 4. Cut the inner circle into 8 triangles, then fold each point out and over the filling to form a wreath. 5. Brush with egg wash, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and bake at 200°C / 400°F until golden and bubbly (about 20 mins). 6.
