They tried to get planning permission to build new houses on that land you can see behind the house but the council knocked them back. It’s been on the market for about 4 months.

Must also mention the excellent weather in this part of East Lothian - superior to Scotlands average. More sunshine hours and rainfall is approximately 650mm/pa versus 1550mm/pa for 🏴 average. 🙏
