Even if she deliberately released the video, do you really think she does not deserve some or all of what she is asking for? She endured an abusive relationship for years, possibly decades. So what exactly was she supposed to do? Just endure it, go through a divorce, and walk away with nothing? I do not have all the facts surrounding this case, but if a man has abused a woman and children, he should be held accountable, including facing jail time where the law supports it. And even if she is using the abuse as a weapon to fight for what she believes she is entitled to, that does not automatically invalidate her claims. What really confuses me is one explanation from the man’s lawyer regarding the video where she had a swollen lip. The defence says the man was trying to defend himself, the broken mirror fell, and some of the broken pieces went striaght ot her mouth and caused the injury to her mouth. How exactly is that supposed to make sense? Like he didnt even hit her with it but some went to cut her mouth??
