You can complain to the person or organisation providing the service, such as the GP, dentist, hospital or pharmacist. Or you can complain to the commissioner of that service. My neurologist forgot to book my annual brain scan and told me I’d have to be put at the bottom of the waiting list, I phoned PALS who marched down to the neurologist office and I was given a brain scan the next day LOL
