So those from Malawi, Zim, Moz etc shouldn't even be in the queus. So what happens/ should happen while they're waiting for applications to be formally rejected? When they don't even qualify to make applications. 2. Do SA citizens have a legal standing to take government to court over this 'no camps' policy?
