please la merge for what . if got heart to change the system better. Stop the car dealer to bit for coe using their company name and hold it. if you gove want your citizens to believe in coe system . stop the car dealer to bit coe and push up or press down the price as they want. set up a gove online platform let citizens to register and bit the coe themselves stop all this rebate and "fine" system. in the end still same . the affordable one become not affordable. the rich one pay more. in the end benefit with all this cash one is the car dealer and gov of singapore. than if people complain about coe. that same old sentences come out again. " we have good public transport system u should take that. why u need a car" . please we citizens work so hard and in the end we do not have a choice we only can take public transport.

Easiest way to fix this. Seperate PHV COE and limit it. And make sure all PHV is registered to the owner and not some rental company. [Tears of joy]

dont merge. instead lta shd look into the leasing scheme and limit unit allowed for phv financing. SG is now the land of phv.

The PHV vehicles which are commercial should be separated to another category, otherwise, it mixing up with real private owner car bidding & confusing the outcome of the every bidding result! Also, for those household buying 2nd 3rd car, extra % of the COE to be incurred

u all experts study for months and this is the primary school solution that you came up with ? Option A and B makes no difference to the COE quota and the price . Furthermore , given these 2 options means there is no more room for negotiation !
