When I go in to a Live and Say Hello and get Ignored and one of the Reps Regulars come in after Me and they get acknowledged right away. I am out of there and they lost a Customer 🥺

The goat, that annoying button, when a rep looks at the jewelry before they show it. Not acknowledging my questions unless I ask to see the dancers. One rep refused to let me dance my ring and necklace. Never shopped with her again

I’m a small rep myself I like going and supporting the small reps too because sometimes I feel it’s more personable! But as a small rep with not many people in my room I always say hello to everyone that comes in I feel that makes them feel welcomed to my space! And when it comes to their order I try and take my time so they don’t feel rushed and they leave happy with what they like and want!

When the line up is so long it will take a few hours to get my turn. I guess for the rep not a bad problem but I can shop elsewhere with no wait. If I want a certain swap I will email rep.
