Had a problem with Briggs pushing snow from my neighbors driveway into my lawn. The guy even blocked the path I cleared for my kids to get to the bus stop.

He's doing that because he's too lazy to get his blower to blow the clippings off the driveway. Common practice, but unacceptable if he was asked to stay off the new driveway
