Spoiler!! Ender thought this was a simulation the whole time so he was being more careless with the soldiers. Afterwards the adults told him it was real and he felt terrible for all the people he got killed and for the planet he actually destroyed. I can’t exactly remember but the Queen visits him in his dream or he actually goes and visits the Queen but he tells the Queen sorry.

I really wish we got a 2nd movie. Always wondered what happened when he went looking for a home for the queen

Should have been split into 2 movies or atleast added another 45 minutes to the movie to go more into detail on things from the school and the game he played while at the school which helped shape his choices.

If the Enders series was made into a a cinematic universe. It would outperform Game of Thrones. This movie as good as it was, was equivalent to a 30 second trailer in comparison to the first book. If they made a movie on Enders Shadow, it would genuinely break the box office. (Assuming it’s a true adaptation) it would have to be a 2-3 hour movie and it would be genuinely amazing.
