Your anything but boring cookie cutter so why does your cv not reflex that You can't apply with a ward-based/NHS bedside CV. Tech recruiters will reject you in 3 seconds. You do not need to do anything other than make sure you front line experience and clinical knowledge (this is what they’re hiring you for) is clearly written in a language they understand The truth? Nothing is stopping you from becoming a tech healthcare professional anyone with a registration can do it, and there are even admin roles like patient coordinators for HCAs. The ONLY thing holding you back is how you look on paper. Changing your CV can be the difference between working bedside on less than £35k and landing a £60k remote tech role with unlimited sick leave and the flexibility to travel (depending on the company).
