Sob || NUMBER #1 ABEL DEFENDER :
every single person in arcane had their own reasons in the things they did. You just have to choose a side to believe in.

no matter how strong you are, the weight of grief crushes anyone

After reading Ambessa’s book, this scene crushes me. Rictus was her ride or die, she trusted that man with everything and vice versa.

i feel like arcane did a really good job showing how complex characters are, and yet, the internet is still using the "good vs bad" discurse, it's so dumb, i'm tired

BackToFront Vibes :
The best part: she’s not even good or evil. Just a general/mother that willing to do anything to protect her family, even if it means doing cruel things.is she good? Only for her family. Is she bad? Only if you’re not her family.

He was the son she never had, he was everything she wanted her own children to be, but what they never wanted to be, it was the death of her child…

The people belittling her emotions don't care about the fact that Jinx has killed or wanted to kill people for similar reasons. They act like the show was called JINX. and that's why Ambessa will always be my problematic fave. Everyone in this damn show have shown their ass but if they aren't skinny,white and crazy,they're hated.

I love how arcane doesn't have a canon villain to hate or hero to support. It's all about who's your favourite war criminal

REP (Yg's version) :
It's the fact that he died because Caitlyn betrayed her too and he said "Ambessa believed in your potential, your death will be a deep cut", so, in a way she lost both Rictus and Caitlyn after literally saying to her they were kin

sinto que a Ambessa merecia um final melhor. Ela perdeu todo mundo e morreu tentando fazer o certo por quem ela amava.
