theory and Practical ... its true many failed in theory and did very Good in Practical.. and got a PASS its true we did science...where in School we did not have science teacher...but in college that Practical People pass very well.. given A pass only at the END.Reading my president loud and clear...but here in Kenyan market... but out side there mat be they will need some theory...Reading Chinese they dont want those papers... they need you to PROOF you can do it Practically....you get the job immediately.
