A Little Humanity — Especially Now. 🕊️It deeply saddens me to read how, just three days after Dr. Aslani’s violent death, some people are already saying that now he is gone, he can no longer be held accountable for his mistakes. Others are already demanding refunds for money they paid in advance.
Of course, people are entitled to ask questions. Of course, outstanding matters can be addressed, and financial claims can be discussed. But does it really have to happen right now? Just three days after a human being was brutally taken from this world?
Behind the name was not just a doctor. There was a human being. Someone who left behind family, friends, and people who loved him — people who are now trying to come to terms with an unimaginable loss.
Regardless of anyone’s personal experiences with him, and regardless of whether mistakes were made, a person does not lose their dignity in death. And his loved ones deserve compassion, respect, and the space to grieve.
There will be time to ask questions, address concerns, and resolve outstanding matters. But right now, one thing should come first: humanity.
We live in a world where people are often quicker to judge than to feel. A world where money, accusations, and demands can sometimes speak louder than compassion.
I wish people would pause for a moment. Remember that behind every human being is a life, a story, and a circle of loved ones whose world may have just fallen apart.
Dr. Aslani was more than just a doctor to me. He was someone I trusted, someone I will remember not only for his profession, but for the human being he was to me. His death has deeply affected me.
You do not have to agree with everything someone did to show compassion. You do not have to share the same opinion to treat someone with respect.
In the end, the way we treat someone after their death says a great deal about how much humanity we still carry within us.
Rest in peace, Dr. Aslani. 🕊️My deepest condolences go to his family and to everyone who loved him. May they be given the strength, privacy, and compassion they need during this devastating time.♥️🙏🏼♥️
