Leftover KFC Tortilla Wrap 🌯
Ingredients
* 2–3 pcs leftover KFC fried chicken
* 3–4 large tortilla wraps
* 1 cup shredded mozzarella or quick-melt cheese
* ¼ cup mayonnaise
* 1–2 tbsp ketchup
* 1 tbsp hot sauce or chili garlic oil, optional
* ½ cup shredded lettuce
* ½ cup diced tomatoes
* ¼ cup sliced red onion, optional
* 1 tbsp butter or oil, for toasting
Instructions
1. Reheat the leftover KFC chicken in an air fryer at 180°C for 4–6 minutes, or until hot and crispy.
2. Remove the bones from the reheated chicken, then chop or shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Keep some of the crispy skin for extra crunch.
3. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, and hot sauce or chili garlic oil.
4. Lay a tortilla flat and spread some of the sauce in the center.
5. Add the lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, chopped KFC chicken, and shredded cheese. Avoid overfilling so it’s easier to wrap.
6. Fold the sides inward, then roll tightly into a burrito-style wrap.
7. Heat a pan over medium-low heat and add a little butter or oil.
8. Place the wrap seam-side down and toast for 2–3 minutes per side, pressing gently, until golden and crispy and the cheese is melted.
9. Slice in half and serve with extra mayo-ketchup sauce, KFC gravy, or hot sauce.
