The "Fanon" Is his persona and his superficial self, as you perfectly said in the bio: the ones who interpret Aizen as the "Fanon" part have fallen for Kyoga Suigetsu: as Aizen himeslef, because he completely fused with it and so, now, he can't no longer know what Is reality and what Is illusion/delusion, even though in the very end he has the developoment that makes him understand himself better; that's also the reason i think Aizen Bankai make, at least some, sense ONLY AFTER the courage monologue.
And even though i agree with the most part: He Is NOT a bum: he was born greater then everyone else in Intelligence (except Urahara) and strenght (except Yamamoto) and with these two combined he was actually born as the greatest and the only one who could persue the Path of the Ubermensch (so he Is NOT the opposite of it), his inferiority complex to Urahara, Yamamoto and the Soul king (maybe) (and ichigo), and his self-implemented lonelisess (that he doesn't accept and embrace) are the "only" (obv there are others things but yk) things that doesn't make him a True and Absolute Ubermensch even though he covers and has ALL the characteristics of it, as he accept (in the finale monologue) and understands completely Life in a Nietzschean way ("" without death Life doesn't exist"") but his immortality Is in completely contradictions of it (and you can see that he has, at least some, regeret of being Immortal in the very end) and that Is why, imo, the best way to describe him in one word Is: "Tragic"
