His attorney says the Marine has absolutely no connection to the case. The damage may already be done. According to his attorney, Elliot Hallak, the Marine's family has been harassed, threatened, and had their phone numbers published online. Lawyers have acknowledged the address mistake and filed a correction, but the Marine's attorney says the original document remains publicly accessible.
