The case fatality rate of 100%, is if the patient was UNTREATED. The more dangerous a pathogen is the more comparatively it is very inefficient at spreading from human to human. An outbreak is highly unlikely to happen, with the reproduction rate of 1.18 - 1.3, as long as Russia is transparent with its data. A flu outbreak during winter is highly possible though...
