Federal prosecutors charge Sheikhdoon Abdullahi Mohamud after he bought an AK-47-style rifle and ammo from an undercover FBI agent. Court documents state Mohamud targeted an Oct. 24 event at the mall to "kill kuffar." He is charged with receiving a firearm to commit a federal crime of terrorism.
