Girl same, I just had to go back to the states to clean out my house and get a new renter in there 🤪 I was only back for two months tho! We own our house in Mexico so I’m glad we don’t have to worry about our house here ❤️

Look into hiring a property management company to handle your Florida property. Even if you were to have a small amount of out of pocket expenses to maintain your Florida home, it's still less than paying the full mortgage on an empty house.

I have 3 kids. 1 of the twins is the luckiest human alive, the other is fully cursed. beyond Murphy's law. It is insane to see how many things can possibly break or go wrong just because he looked at it. 1 in a million complications with his chronic illness. We try to laugh at the absurdity of it. Of all my kids, he is the most connected to nature and appreciative of the small things but man is this poor kid cursed. It is real.
