As a ftm I definitely over packed my bag. I ended up only using my toiletries, clothes, blanket, charger and iPad. I packed snacks but ended up with the epidural for 28 hours so I couldn’t eat anyway. Plus they had meals brought to me and “snack rooms” I could go to and take whatever I wanted
