@vicktipnes: The more you build, the more you have to lose. That fear doesn't go away. It just changes shape. It becomes a risk tolerance question, not a confidence question. I don't look at hundreds of employees and think I've made it. I look at them and think, why don't I have thousands yet. That's not greed. That's responsibility.
