WEST VIRGINIA-STYLE PEPPERONI ROLLS Recipe -COOKING WITH BRIGHT EYES Ingredients 1 lb pizza dough 6–8 oz sliced pepperoni 1½ cups shredded mozzarella 2 tbsp melted butter 1 egg, beaten 1 tsp Italian seasoning ¼ tsp garlic powder Marinara sauce, for dipping Instructions Prepare: Divide dough into 6–8 pieces and roll each into a rectangle. Fill: Layer pepperoni and mozzarella over each piece. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Roll: Roll tightly from one end and pinch the seams closed. Place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with garlic powder. Bake: Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 18–22 minutes, until golden brown.
