So the advice here is to "invest" in a whole life that's going to net 3%... only to borrow with it to then buy a car (depreciating asset)?! Woah, that's some next level financial screw ups right there! Low cost indexes and/or direct indexing if you're able to will absolutely crush this long term.

But, the interest you are paying back is not going to you. It’s going to the insurance company. So, maybe not a bank but insurance company still gets it.

Everyone get out of a cheaper life policy and the risky market. So that Nolan can sell you a more expensive life insurance policy only so that you can get a 2-3% return👌.

😂😂 Man is just talking at this point. So your solution is to pay higher insurance costs, build cash value, then borrow against it while paying interest to the insurance company and somehow that’s better than investing? 😂 You’re not becoming your own bank. You’re becoming a customer of one. Make the math make sense.

I am kind of confused when you say you don’t owe any money but to ourselves ? Aren’t you still talking out debt from another source ? And you essentially have to pay it back in just kind of lost lol, new to all of this stuff

What a dumb advice, to get 3% on a whole-life, instead of 12% in a mutual fund. Then borrow your own money and pay interest to the whole-life company.

Pretending that those who need a death benefit and investment can do better with a permanent policy is a joke. “Infinite banking” is a scam. There are costs to premiums interest paid to insurance company and inferior returns on the underlying cash value

Let me guess, you are licensed to sell insurance only? You have a CFP or a series 7 or anything that makes you more legit than an insurance rep?
