🚨💗 WOMEN OVER 40… LET'S TALK ABOUT SOMETHING THAT DOESN'T GET ENOUGH ATTENTION! IS IT STRESS, AGING, OR COULD IT BE PERIMENOPAUSE? 👀 Glow Family, have you ever felt like something was changing in your body, but you couldn't quite explain what was happening? You're feeling exhausted, forgetting things, waking up in the middle of the night, or suddenly feeling anxious for no apparent reason. You might blame stress, your busy schedule, or simply getting older. But here's something more women need to know: PERIMENOPAUSE IS ABOUT MORE THAN HOT FLASHES! 🔥 It's the transitional stage leading up to menopause, when reproductive hormones begin fluctuating. And for some women, symptoms can start in their 40s—or even earlier. 💗 LET'S TALK ABOUT SOME OF THE SIGNS: 🧠 BRAIN FOG:Forgetfulness, difficulty concentrating, or walking into a room and forgetting why. 😴 SLEEP DISTURBANCES:Waking up throughout the night or struggling to get restful sleep. 🔥 HOT FLASHES & NIGHT SWEATS:Sudden waves of heat, sweating, or waking up overheated. 😟 MOOD CHANGES: Increased irritability, anxiety, or feeling emotional without an obvious reason. 🩸 MENSTRUAL CHANGES: Periods becoming irregular, heavier, lighter, or arriving at unexpected times. ❤️ CHANGES IN SEXUAL HEALTH: Vaginal dryness, discomfort, or changes in sexual desire. 💪 BODY CHANGES:Shifts in body composition, including increased abdominal fat, and changes in how your body responds to exercise. ⚠️ IMPORTANT: These symptoms aren't always caused by perimenopause. Thyroid disorders, anemia, sleep conditions, medications, and other health concerns can cause similar symptoms. A healthcare professional can help determine what's happening. ✨ LADIES, YOUR BODY IS CHANGING, BUT THAT DOESN'T MEAN YOUR HEALTH AND CONFIDENCE HAVE TO TAKE A BACK SEAT!** This stage of life deserves more conversations, more education, and more support. 💬 NOW LET'S HAVE A REAL CONVERSATION, GLOW FAMILY! Which of these changes have you experienced? A️⃣ Brain fog or forgetfulness B️⃣ Hot flashes or night sweats C️⃣ Sleep problems or fatigue D️⃣ Mood changes or anxiety E️⃣ Several of the above F️⃣ None so far 👇🏽 DROP YOUR LETTER BELOW! Let's open up the conversation because you never know who else may be experiencing the same thing. 💗 SHARE this with another woman who needs to know she's not alone in navigating these changes. ✨ 40PlusGlow — Empowering Healthier, More Confident Lives Every Day.** #40PlusGlow #Perimenopause #MenopauseAwareness #WomenOver40 #HormonalHealth
