So… He’s basically implying that cell phone towers have infinite data to store a permanent record of when your phone was attached to it. No… The phone company does not have that type of storage and is not willing to invest that type of money. They don’t care. So who is the “they“ who is willing to spend all that money to know where my phone was at 2:53 on Tuesday morning
