According to Federal Bureau of Prisons records, the Bronx, N.Y., rapper is now scheduled to be released on Aug. 12, 2047. In March of 2025, Kay Flock, born Kevin Perez, went to trial on murder and gang RICO charges. He was acquitted of murder but found guilty of racketeering conspiracy, violent crimes in aid of racketeering and firearms offenses. Flock faced life in prison, but was ultimately sentenced to 25 years. He is currently appealing his conviction. Back in January, rumors surfaced that Kay Flock was stabbed in prison, which the rapper's attorney confirmed to XXL were false.
