Now, as Lopes is back on campus, his attorney, Andrew Miltenberg, is calling the result of the investigation “unfair,” while maintaining that his client had a consensual encounter with Jane Doe. Lopes is one of seven men Jane Doe accuses of rape in a lawsuit. #cornell
