The nurse asked me if I wanna know if my kid has down syndrome I said absolutely not. It is what it is then she calls. Couple days later says your kid has down syndrome. He came out 5 lbs. 3 oz. Not even somewhat of down syndrome I worried for four months and it never changed my mind at all, but a lot was going through my head them four months And on top of it, they wanted to poke a needle through my wife’s belly into the baby. He’s seven years old living i life.

Hey :
They were giving her an option. Some people can’t afford all the medical care that comes with having a child with special needs. Especially in this economy where they’re passing these new laws and Medicaid, etc., etc. coming from someone who has a brother whos special needs. It was so hard to get the help that he needed and he lived with us until he was 25 years old because there was nowhere for him to go. No one wanted to help him. When she was going for her ultrasound/checkup it was probably an OGBYN those people literally dedicate their career to children and babies and mothers. For you people to assume what the doctor what thinking is so rude. The doctor was doing her job as they should.
