Rent is throwing money away I understand the point of the video that you’re still paying money to the bank in the bank can fuck you but at the end of the day at least you can own something to then give it to your children later and there will be a profit made renting doesn’t give you shit. I have spent over $350,000 paying somebody else’s mortgage off for them before I finally bought my house. I will never see any bit of that 350 grand.
