I just paid 2 grand for my best friend's dog to get her leg amputated. He got hit by a car and they couldn't afford it and we had to help. It wasn't right for me to not do anything when I had the means to do so. I love helping others and it made my heart so happy to know he was gonna get the surgery he needed to have a good quality of life. We dropped him off this morning. I'm going now to get him a new bed and all kinds of stuff to help her. 🥰

anyone that has watched you for a while should have known you were going to do the best thing for Birdie. She is in the best place. Even if she doesn’t get as much one on one time like she did with yall, look at ALL the new friends she has. That more than makes up for it. Yall are amazing and keep doing what you are doing!

This is probably going to be a VERY QUICK adjustment period. She was amongst a lot of other dogs on the street so this probably feels close to that for her. What everyone needs to realize is Birdie is a pack dog so this is exactly the kind of place that suites her personality. Thanks for finding the perfect place for Birdie to land on. ❤️
