@constantinsasarman: A BCG interviewer asks: our client is opening a co-working space. How else can they make money? Almost everyone starts listing ideas right away. That’s the mistake. The interviewer can’t tell if you have a method or just got lucky. What we teach instead: 1. Ask for a moment to jot down your thoughts 2. Pick your buckets before you say a single idea: one thing and everything that isn’t that thing (members and non-members) 3. Fill each bucket That’s how you get to 8 or 10 ideas instead of 4. In a case, how you organize the ideas counts just as much as the ideas themselves. Any questions?
