when i went to the hospital for the first time they wrote down I was "extremely manic" but I still dont feel like i was... I felt normal mood wise... imo

I mean, I think a lot of psychiatrists can agree that dsm-5 isn't inherently complete, but what would you say about schizoaffective specifically since it didn't USED to be classified but now is. How outdated would you say the dsm-5 to current psychiatry tools / classifications?

I'm diagnosed with schizophrenia is it normal to feel like every single action I take and movement and thought arent under my control? Ive felt like a zombie for years and I recently started taking abilify and the voices are less but I still feel the same way. I catch things without making a conscious decision, I find myself laying down after having used the restroom without remembering ever deciding to go. I think I have a serious neurological problem and it's not schizophrenia
