Always making sure to clip my fingernails. Sometimes I leave them too long and scratch too hard

Calendula California baby was the only thing that worked on my hands. As someone who has to wear gloves for work it would constantly flare up. I hated using corticosteroids because it thins out your skin. Also cutting out inflammatory foods and plenty of water ☺️

The ice pack moment caught my eye. 'Blunt the itch' is a nice way to put it. Rough synthetics can trap heat and sweat, which may make itching worse for some people. Have you noticed certain fabrics trigger you more than others?
