@the.coombs.cook: loaded cheeseburger mac🤍 ingredients 2 lbs ground beef 1 medium yellow onion, diced 4 cloves garlic, minced 4 tbsp tomato paste 2 tsp worcestershire sauce 2 tsp dijon mustard 1 tsp smoked paprika 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp dried dill 4 cups water 4 tsp better than bouillon roasted beef base 2 cups milk 16 oz elbow macaroni 3 cups freshly shredded sharp cheddar 1/3 cup dill pickle juice, plus more to taste 1 cup chopped dill pickles black pepper to taste extra chopped dill pickles for topping instructions 1. brown the ground beef and onion in a large skillet or dutch oven over medium heat until the beef is cooked through and the onion is softened. drain excess grease if needed. 2. add the garlic, tomato paste, worcestershire, dijon, smoked paprika, garlic powder, dried dill, and black pepper. cook for 1–2 minutes. 3. stir together the water and better than bouillon, then pour it into the skillet along with the milk. add the macaroni and stir to combine. 4. bring to a gentle simmer, reduce the heat to medium-low, cover, and cook for 10–12 minutes, stirring frequently, until the pasta is tender. add a splash of water or milk if needed as it cooks. 5. reduce the heat to low and gradually stir in the freshly shredded cheddar until melted and creamy. 6. remove from the heat and stir in the pickle juice and chopped dill pickles. taste and add another splash of pickle juice if you want a stronger pickle flavor. 7. let sit for 2–3 minutes to thicken, then top with extra chopped dill pickles and serve. #picklelover #comfortfood #macandcheese #EasyRecipe #DinnerIdeas
