if you're doing whimsical and flowers you could wrap flower garlands around the bars, secure them of course so they can't be unravelled, and it would look like a little indoor flower window box

Myself and my younger sister shared a room and had bunk beds…5 year age gap. We both ended up sleeping on bottom bed for a solid 2 years when she was old enough. Not me being brave just me assuming spiders couldn’t get me on the bottom bunk 🤣 (spoiler alert I was wrong)
