@healing.through.chaos_: I had never heard of CultureCon (@CultureCon ) before my cousin sent me the information in July. At the time, I didn’t have the money to attend, so I asked my mom if she would invest in me and help me get there. So first and foremost, thank you, Mom, (@Shayangel Designs ❌️59 ) for investing in me and believing in me and my creativity. That means more than I can put into words. And a huge thank you to Imani Ellis, (@Imani Ellis )for CultureCon, for creating this space for creatives. Ten years in the making, and this was my very first CultureCon. I’m so grateful I got to be in the room. Despite some of the negative reviews, 12,000 people showed up. That is an incredible accomplishment. And of course, nothing is going to be perfect. There will always be hiccups. But I appreciated seeing things get addressed and watching the lines get handled and adjusted throughout the weekend. And shoutout to everyone who made my CultureCon experience what it was: the activations, Brain Dates, Creative Business Stage, Culture Stage, Creative Playground, and Vitamin Water (@vitaminwater ) for keeping us hydrated. I’m leaving CultureCon inspired, encouraged, and even more excited about what I’m building with Wellness Wherever. Because if this is what my creativity has already allowed me to experience, I can only imagine what’s next. Wellness Wherever can and will take off. There’s so much more out there for me. #CultureCon #creativity #nyccreator #microinfluencer #ugccreator
