@scrippsnews: Newly released body camera video shows the chaotic moments after a 6-year-old student shot his first-grade teacher, Abby Zwerner, at Virginia's Richneck Elementary School back in 2023. The footage captures officers entering the classroom as another educator restrains the boy while students and staff scramble in the aftermath. The boy can be heard repeatedly cursing at officers and, at one point, hitting the educator who was restraining him at the time. That educator testified in court that he punched the glasses off her face. “If you want a piece of me, come get it on, b—,” the boy said to the officers. “I don’t care if you call backup. I don’t care if I go to jail, b—.” (Video: Newport News Police Department)
