Sorry if salary that means they can work you to the bone and pay you whatever you signed off as overtime doesn’t matter the way they can turn around and screw you while our past employer said that he was gonna move everybody seller we we all threatened. we quit no one for well workers to the bone and not have to pay us

They're salaried non exempt if they get ot while salaried. And this scenario wouldn't be possible because it's in their paycheck so it doesn't get cut in a separate check and it would never go to a manager.
