I’ve titraited down over the last few months and the last month my 💩 has been awful…then I looked at my vitamins and supplements that I’ve taken from before I started. I’ve reduced to just a multivitamin with lunch and just one magnesium capsule before bed and now back to normal 🤔

I've been off it 8 days now didn't go down doses gone from 10mg to nothing probably a huge mistake but I've been doing this over 2 years now and only got 20 lbs to lose now so though F it give it a go I am however on team rh and I've got my Drs support if I need it so we shall what happens I guess. I've had nothing but the 💩s after not jabbing lol 😂😅

thank you for this. ive had the most bland diet today trying to settle it. im 14 months in and honestly feel like ive lost a bit too much weight so thought its time to come off, im 1.5st under my target weight. I'm definitely going to order someone them see if they help. its honestly just my luck, know that saying if it wasn't for 💩 luck I'd have no luck? i feel that was made for me 😂 xxx

Just gone down from 10mg to 7.5mg. Why I thought it would be easy, I don’t know. Struggled with an upset stomach stomach for the past month. It’s settling now though. Going to stay on 7.5mg until after Christmas and then go down to 5mg. Will take it from there. 🙈 What are the supplements you are taking?

my pharmacist has told me to come down from 12.5 to 7.5 I have two more of 12.5 to take and have a 7.5 in the fridge in opens and in date , so have saved money this month
