The college i went to didn’t have Greek life. The men and women grouped up based on sports teams and did all the negative behaviors associated with frats. The problem isn’t frats. The problem is patriarchal belief systems.

Unfortunately, it is not possible for public institutions to ban fraternities because of constitutional first amendment protections regarding freedom of association. Those protections are good, but unfortunately they happen to protect fraternities.
