@pumas.kitties: Not the update I wanted to make. Miss Dolly has struggled since she came to us. We’d have one good day followed by 2 bad ones. Getting her to eat seemed impossible some days. Last night she declined rapidly. I took her to the vet today. We discussed humane euthanasia, but the vet thought we may be able to revive her with fluids and high calorie gel. I brought her home with the intention of following that routine. Unfortunately, her little body couldn’t handle any more and she passed in my arms shortly after we got home. The tiniest babies sometimes make the biggest impact. I’m so sorry I couldn’t save her.
