hear me out, maybe the spirits were scared to look into the mirror because they were scared that they won't see themselves (becuz they're spirits), and maybe when they were alive the nurses there would force the thinking of "you're mentally ill" into those patients who were completely healthy. if they looked into the mirror, and would see nothing maybe they would think or would start to believe more that the nurses were talking true even though they obv didn't.

omg i was so happy they went there i know where that is ive went by it many a times. but main reason its heavily gaurded with security i dont think they knew there were piles of patients files found in there that i dont think they removed and due to protection of people even if they have long passed its disturbing to say the least
