My husband was also in a different country the first year of our babies life, the military could NOT get their crap together. (It was an overseas PCS, they failed to PCS us together for almost a year)

This is so sad you can tell how heartbroken that this man is that he did not get to spend that time with his wife and his baby that time that I spent with my husband was some of the most magical moments of my life and I will always look back at the first eight months of my child’s life as the best time of my life
