@aaron_doughty44: Imagine the burden of somebody that feels like it’s their job to manage their friends’ relationships, dynamics in their life Does that feel heavy? It’s heavy to have to manage all those dynamics And who would you be without being that manager? You would then let people come and go, knowing that it’s not your thing to figure out But if you are with you, you will feel more strong in your own frame and showing up for you And you’ll allow yourself to then attract people that are also reflections of that energy Because right now, imagine you’re like 70% you, 30% people pleaser or whatever it is, just like as an analogy There’s certain people in your life that are reflecting back that dynamic When you start being the real you, and you start expressing the real you, you’ll start to feel more alive inside of yourself And giving yourself expression allows people to actually meet the real you.
