I'm not sure but I they are making every city have a housing complex for the homeless. I know they set up one in Whittier and Pico Rivera and I think in Montebello already. so they're going to offer that for housing and if they don't want to go then they will be going to a psych evaluation to see if they need to be hospitalized and receive medication to help them stabilize and make choices when they're ready
