Child Poverty went from 10% to 20%. 3 Homeless population rose from 1000 to over 5000. 4 Increase of over 30% in Food Bank (Harvest) use. 5 Road conditions are worse now, than ever before. 6 Doubled Water, Sewer and Garbage rates. 7 Bight 7-11 Stores & Giant Tiger Downtown have closed. 8 Lied about & maximum 3.5% property tax increase and raised them 65. 9 Opened Portage & Main with $20M of taxpayer's money for his Legacy project. (60% of Winnipeg citizens voted NOT to have it opened) 10 Has done nothing to help the homeless. 11 Closed Graham Avenue and all businesses there are suffering. 12 Approved an American company, Aramark in lieu of Salisbury House for the golf course contract. 13 Closed and demolished Happyland Pool when restdents raised $80K to keep it open. 14 Approved $127.5 M for a new Rec Centre and Pool for Bridgewater while had no plan to replace Happyland Pool. 15 Paid ex-CAO Michael Jack $164K and he never worked 1 day for the money. 16 Pucked up perfectly good Bus Routes and now Transit loses an additional $20M or more a year. 17 Has Twitter accounts suspended if he does like the comments on his account. 18 Removed $1.236M from its 2026 Urban Forest tree planting budget. 19 Increase in over-dose deaths. 20 Paramedic, Firefighters & Police are over-worked and burning out due to increase homelessness. 21 Did NOT find any cost savings in any City of Winnipeg Departments. 22 Made people poor, and the poor, poorer. 23 Blames everyone for his problems. Takes zero responsibility 24 Ordered Astroid Management to clean an encampment on their property at 35 Balmoral, when there was a legal agreement that the City of Winnipeg keep the area clean. 25 Doubled Opoid OD calls after he publicly supported Sunshine House. 26 Supported The Shooting Gallery opening at 366 Henry Avenue, while local business did not. 27 Refused a Managed Encampment Site which would have reduced homelessness and save taxpayers money. 28 Gives millions to Main Street Project, who are enablers and increase homelessness and drug use. And nothing to Street Links. ( 29 Winnipeg has the worst safety reputation in Canada. Dally stabbings. 30 Does not listen to councillors and 4 resigned. He knows everything, and is a dictator.
