Foreclosure??? What about when Wall Street went tits up years ago and all those customers houses went into foreclosure and the government bailed out the banks!? Why can’t they just let the houses go into foreclosure!?

Of course this is something that can be determined prior to allowing building. Ground surveys, etc. can certainly be done to ensure buyer safety.
