One of the best episodes of Ghost Hunters was the "Crescent Hotel + Dr Ellis" one. The hotel was haunted AF, and Dr. Ellis (a local psychic) was kind of mind-blowing but not creepy?

I will definitely watch this doc! I once lived in a house that used to be an old saloon. It was such a cool place and was absolutely haunted. I have so many stories!

I have stayed there years ago. I have evps from my room that were clear. Also you could hear all night something trying to enter the room by twisting the door knob all night. My husband was freaked out all night. My sister and brother-in-law stayed in the room across the hall and could hear the door all night.
