Hmn... about the crude oil, if he can stop smuggling completely, he hs a good idea. about the tax reform, he said the tax collection system is flawed and has to change. this does not necessarily mean increase in tax or introductiom of new taxes. i also agree that taxes collected are underdelivered to the govt. If the collection system can be automated, more taxes will be generated without amy increase. About police reform, is there any obvious result from PBAT about that cos i dont see any.
